Overage: $200 per additional file
Once you submit an executed contract and we place title order + introductions, the file is counted
No fallout fees
How Files Are Counted:
Falls out before title order/intros → not counted
Cannot clear title → not counted and no fallout fee; client is responsible for the title exam per service agreement
Falls out after title clears → counts as 1 of your 5
File that take more than 60 days to close due to a title issue, such as probate or quiet title action → not counted; a $25 touch fee will be charged per month to continue to monitor and push the deal forward
