    • Listings on market don’t count towards total active files they will only be counted towards active files while pending. If a listing goes back on the market it will no longer be considered an active file until a new contract is accepted.

    • Option to pause and downgrade to TC Pro while searching for in-house hire candidates. This is recommended if you are still early in the interview process at the end of month 1 of the Growth plan.
