  • Vacation Coverage (1 week/quarter) - we will step in on your client communication, stay on top of your inbox & calendar, help out with showings, and keep a detailed record of what happened while you were out for you to review upon your return or send periodic updates if preferred.

  • Standing weekly call availability

Monthly Cost:

  • $3,000 flat monthly pricing.

  • Listings on market don’t count towards total active files they will only be counted towards live files while pending. If a listing goes back on the market it will no longer be considered an active file until a new contract is accepted.
